We started our journey with a craving. Lechon, the roasted suckling pig, has always been the star of Filipino gatherings. I still remember the crispy skin that relatives and friends eagerly awaited when it was time to cut the lechon. For me, tasting my first lechon as a child was a special memory. That scrumptious, crispy yet juicy fat goodness that you can eat without your teeth! It was a moment of pure joy that inspired me to embark on this journey.

It's been over a decade since we started Dante's Lechon de Kahoy. Our passion for serving delicious food to our local community in Mataasnakahoy, Batangas, sparked the beginning of our venture. Our family has grown along with our passion for cooking, and now we serve people from all over the country.
